The Dining Dome - Albert Square - Manchester, Manchester, United Kingdom
Cult beers, fabulous street food providers and comedy – sounds like the perfect recipe for a great night in most people’s books. Add to this an ethical slant and you’ve got yourself an evening of food, fun and debate too. New York’s Brooklyn Brewery has led the field in highlighting how the food and drink industry can decrease its environmental impact. On the night the likes of Bundobust, Wholesome junkies and Grano will be amongst those providing delicious, ethically sourced vegan produce, whilst comedian Fat Roland will be entertaining the crowd and Brooklyn beers will flow.
Brooklyn Brewery, the cult New York beer makers, will be bringing a new American school bus to the Hub serving up a range of brews from their Perennials and Seasonal ranges. Favourites like Brooklyn East IPA, Brooklyn Lager and Scorcher will be on tap alongside their full range of seasonal beers, including Summer Ale and Post Road Pumpkin Ale – the perfect seasonal accompaniment to MFDF’s autumn celebration
Tickets include 3 courses, a range of Brooklyn Beers and an evenings entertainment with Electronic music writer / spoken word stand-up / professional droog Fat Roland. All proceeds will go to Festival Charity, Action Against Hunger.
